Report Finds Virginia Tech at Fault For Massacre

BBC News reports that “Lives might have been saved if Virginia Tech officials had acted sooner after student Cho Seung-hui’s first killings, a state report into the shooting says.”

Commonwealth of Virginia Governor, Tim Kaine appointed a panel to look over events leading up the shooting earlier this year. That panel released it’s findings today.
